MANUFACTURE OF SHEET-LIKE BODY FOR WINDOW WITH SYNTHETIC RESIN FRAME BODY

PURPOSE: To suppress vibration of a sheet-like body for a window or a die by moving relatively the sheet-like body for a window to a die by holding it between rotating members with a shaft for rotation in the vertical direction to the relatively moving direction. CONSTITUTION: A sheet-like body 11 is revolved around a die 10 while the peripheral edge part of the sheet-like body 11 is held from the above and below sides between rotating members 1 and 2 provided in the neighborhood of the exit 13 of the die 10 through which a synthetic resin material is extruded. On the roller 1 provided on the underside, an elastic body such as a spring material is provided on the opposite side to the side being brought into contact with the sheet-like body 11 to hold strongly the sheet-like body 11. On the other hand, the roller 2 being brought into contact with the upper face is fixed on the die 10 in such a way that a part of the roller is embedded. These cylindrical rollers are moving faces for the sheet-like body 11 and are arranged in such a way that they have each a revolutional shaft in the vertical direction to the moving direction. The contacting parts between rollers 1 and 2 and the sheet-like body 11 become larger to enlarge the effect for suppressing vibration of the sheet-like body 11 or the die 10.
