PURPOSE: To form a resin frame with good tight adhesion/adhesive properties between a sheet-like body and a molded article, excellent appearance and stable crosssectional shape by specifying an allowable range as a relatively positional relation between the opening part of a die and the sheet-like body. CONSTITUTION: The angleαformed between a plane C containing an opening part 10 of a die 2 extruding a resin material and a circumscribing plane A at a point X on the outer peripheral part of one surface of a sheet-like body 3 is made in the range of 60-120 deg.. In addition, the angleβformed by the end face B of the sheet-like body 3 and the plane C at the point of intersection X is made in the range of 60-120 deg. and the sheet-like body 3 and the die 2 are relatively moved. It is the best method for making the shape of a resin frame good like this that the case where when one of the angle is kept at 90 deg., another angle is deviated largely from 90 deg. is avoided and both angles are kept to be close to 90 deg. as close as possible. It is possible thereby to mold integrally the resin frame with good appearance and excellent tight adhesion/adhesive properties to the sheet-like body 3. |
