PROCEDE ET INSTALLATION DE TRAITEMENT DU VERRE

A process is claimed for the treatment of glass, notably cleaning, in which a calcine, that can be re-used by the glass makers is, transformed by dry crushing and screening with manual or automatic sorting in order to eliminate the extraneous waste. The process consists of:-a) a primary stage of grading in which a raw calcine is produced with a granulometry below a given limit; b) a secondary stage of purification in which the calcine is divided into several granulometric sections and each fraction subjected to a specific treatment. The installation used to put this process into service is also claimed and incorporates a grading module (2) comprising a screen (18) in association with a crusher (20) and a purification module (3) comprising a screen (33) connected to a number of specific treatment lines for the granulometric fractions.
