PURPOSE: To prevent the drop of transmission efficiency of output even if a mover in pressure contact with a vibrator oscillator is molded integrally. CONSTITUTION: In an ultrasonic motor, which has a vibrator 2 generating vibration waves, a mover in pressure contact with this mover and being rotated by the vibration waves, and an output shaft 10 rotating in a body with the mover, this mover is made in a multiple structure which has a contact member 5 to contact the vibrator at least and a middle member retaining the contact member, being fixed to the output shaft. |
