a cutting board(10) that has a measure(11) in the front top and several joint pieces(12) in the rear bottom; a hanger holder(20) which is composed of a pair in both sides of the cutting board(10) and clamps hangers(23); two transverse supporters(31)(31a) and two prop bars (33) near the end of the transverse supporters(31)(31a); and an hydraulic cylinder(51) that is fixed to some joint piece(12) on the cutting board(10) at one end and fixed to the transverse supporter(31a) at another. The cloth-cutting process comprises : setting up the cutting board(10) vertically and clamping the hangers(23) in the hanger holder(20); fixing the cloth on the hangers(23) in many folds; octuating the hydraulic cylinder(51) and laying down the cutting board(10) on the prop bars(33); and removing the hangers(23), conducting the clothcutting.
