The woven and knitted fabric is finished by the following steps of: first stage preparing a padding solution by mixing and stirring 1-10 wt.% unionized aqueous insecticide of aromatic compound, 1-7 wt.% unionized aqueous antimicrobial agent of phenyl amide, 0.01-1.0 wt.% a catalyst of unionized dialkyl fatty acid salt with water uniformly; second stage padding treating the woven and knitted fabric to be a pick-up ratio of more than 60 wt.% against the padding solution by the conventional continuous finish process; and third stage drying the padding treated come-out fabric at 60-90 deg.C for 1-10 mins., passing through a drier followed by curing the fabric at 120-180 deg.C for 1-8 mins., passing through a tender.
