Fixing device for building cable and line installation

The fixing device has a number of parallel horizontal mounting rails (1) secured to a building wall for holding electrical cables and lines (3). A number of mounting rails are pre-assembled via flexible coupling elements (2) for rapid fixing to the building wall. Pref. the coupling elements are provided by a pair of wire cables or flexible metal strips for coupling the relatively spaced horizontal mounting rails at both ends. The pre-assembled mounting rails may be supplied from a roll at the fixing point.
