SUBSTANCE: the assembly additionally uses foot pins of band - and/or thread- like flexible members, each of them having ball hinges with a support and a mechanism for adjusting the lateral stiffness of the flexible member, consisting of a stack of disk springs and/or spring washers and a screw pair for tightening, lower rocker, having a ball or flexible hinge with a support removed forward relative to the crus axis, members of fastening and adjustment of the position of pushers of the flexible members, and members of fastening of the deconsisting of a rack, whose one end is hinge-joined to the lower rocker, and a tie-rod with a screw pair for tightening the rack to the upper rocker.
