FIELD: defence equipment, in particular, guided anti-aircraft missiles. SUBSTANCE: the warhead destruction device is featured by the fact that for an anti-aircraft missile intended for destruction of warplanes, air-to-surface missiles, ballistic missile warheads in the descent path, one subcritical part of uranium or plutonium is made in the form of a hollow thick-walled cylinder accommodating a spring, the other subcritical part is made in the form of a slide valve connected to the hydraulic cylinder piston; the rod and rod- rack-and-pinion drive cavities of the hydraulic cylinder are connected through an overflow pipe, and the rod- rack-and-pinion drive that has a square cross section is engaged through a gear-wheel with a gear-type or screw-type pneumatic motor, whose delivery space is connected to the overboard space. The use of a lower precision fit in the joint of the first and second subcritical parts of uranium or plutonium makes it possible to reduce the cost of warhead manufacture, and the absence of powder charges enhances the reliability. EFFECT: reduced cost and enhanced reliability. |
