PURPOSE: To provide an electronic component mounter having the function of preventing components having electric characteristics different from a specified one from being mounted. CONSTITUTION: An electronic component is taken out with a chuck 4 from a supplying section 1, and is carried into an electric characteristic inspection section 2 and set. And its electric characteristic is checked to see whether or not it is good. A component whose electric characteristic is judged to be good is carried into a recognizing section 3 and set, and the outside dimensions of the component and its lead terminal shape are checked, and the relative position and relative angle of the chuck 4 to the component are recognized. The position and the angle of the part are adjusted by the chuck 4, and the component is mounted on a specified position on a printed wiring board 6. |
