摘要 |
PURPOSE: To enable evaluating of quality of picture mainly pertaining to the reproducibility of a fine line without requiring the computation of Fourier transform by a method wherein the spot of a coherent light source light is adjusted to irradiate a measuring sample vertically and the transmitted diffraction light is received. CONSTITUTION: Beam light of a coherent light source 1 is adjusted to a spot of a size and a quantity of light as desired by a lens optical system 3 to irradiate a measuring sample 5 fixed by sample bases 4 and 4' vertically. The diffraction light transmitted through the sample 5 is received by an image sensor 6 to be converted into an electrical signal and an image analysis means 7 analyzes an image signal thereof numerically. In other words, a measurement image data of the element 6 is converted into a digital signal and an analysis processing is performed by an arithmetic device using a processing program and a parameter. This eliminates the need for computing Fourier transform using a numerical arithmetic device, thereby enabling evaluating of quality of picture mainly pertaining to the reproducibility of a fine line. |
