PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which an operator can select the main channel of a modulator or a default channel which a manufacturer previously sets and to provide a video signal receiver. SOLUTION: A satellite video image receiver 12 supplying an output signal to the television signal image receiver 52 is provided with devices 10, 15, 16, 20 and 45 for the operator selection of an output channel frequency in the modulator of a satellite receiver. At a first restoration mode, the operator substitutes a present modulator channel for the default channel which the manufacturer previously sets when he forgets the selected main channel, for example. At the different restoration mode, the operator automatically decides again the main channel of the modulator, which is reproduced from a memory and which is previously selected. |
