PURPOSE: To provide a small-sized oxygen electrode in which the size is further reduced exceeding the conventional limit. CONSTITUTION: A small-sized oxygen electrode comprises a set of electrode patterns 22, 23 made of active parts 22A, 23A, external connection terminals 22C, 23C and leads 22B, 23B for connecting them provided on insulating boards 21, 31, where the parts 22A, 23A are connected to one another by electrolyte- containing member 24, which is covered with an oxygen permeable film 28, and the lead 22B of at least one pattern 22 is passed under the part 23A of at least the other pattern 23 via an insulating layer 29. |
