MOVING PICTURE PROCESSOR

摘要

PURPOSE: To accurately chase a moving object by estimating it while detecting the feature amount of it and optimizing the processing parameter at need. CONSTITUTION: A picture-to-picture arithmetic processing part 3 performs the frame-to frame differential processing of a picture inputted from a picture input part 1 and stored in a picture storage part 2 and detects the moving area. A feature amount detecting part 5 detects the feature amount of the moving object from the moving area and a position detecting part 6 calculates the position information of the moving object. A time series processing part 7 processes the feature amount sent from the part 5 and the position information from the part 6 in time series, thus calculating the time series feature amount. A moving object identification part 8 integrates the information to perform the judgement processing and realizes the accurate chase, then directs the optical parameter for each processing part at need.
