<p>PURPOSE: To improve safety of a valve opening regulator system by adding/subtracting a regulation value found out in compliance with safety direction of valve to/from valve opening regulation signal when the sensor system is abnormal, in a valve opening regulator subjected to opening regulation by means of a valve opening regulation signal obtained by making PI or PID regulating calculation. CONSTITUTION: A valve opening regulator is provided with a sensor system abnormality judging means 1 which judges presence of abnormality in a sensor system from a process volume PV detected by a sensor by using abnormality judging condition data. When the sensor system is judged to be abnormal, a target value, a process quantity and a valve opening regulation signal at the time of sensor system abnormality are taken up and stored in an abnormality data storing means 2. Then, by using part experiential values and/or experimental values, or safety judging factor data picked up from a safety judging factor data storing means 3 so as to carry out a preset calculation to find out a regulation value for a valve by means of a regulation calculating means 4, and this regulation value is added to/subtracted from a valve opening regulation signal, at the time of sensor system abnormality so as to be have the valve opening regulated.</p> |
