PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely separate a moving part from a fixed part so as to enable replacement with low energy by providing a moving part including a specified mass connected to a fixed part by a fixing arm for realizing the mass in a first direction. SOLUTION: The control for (j) input micro-guide can be brought toward the (i) input micro-guide, the only moving part 174 has ixj micro-guides which can be respectively connected to the end parts of two fixed micro-guides (one input guide, one output guide) in a special position of the moving part 174. Further, while the input micro-guide is switched to the output micro-guide, the constitution used in an optical switch can be used for implementing a vibration or acceleration optomechanical sensor or a pickup. Accordingly, this method is effective for moving the position of the output micro-guide together. |
