FIELD: devices for spraying liquids. SUBSTANCE: arranged in cylindrical portion of injector housing is insert with helical passages. Liquid running through these passages is set in rotary motion which is intensified while liquid is flowing through conical section of housing. Liquid is sprayed in form of drops at outlet of nozzle opening. Optimal size of drops is achieved due to maintenance of relationship of area of nozzle opening to total area of helical passages within 30 to 100 percent. Besides that height of cylindrical section of nozzle opening shall be equal to 3-6 percent of nozzle opening diameter. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of injector. |
