FIELD: non-destructive testing. SUBSTANCE: thermal probe for non-destructive testing has a casing, holder placed in the casing. The holder may reciprocate inside the casing, and is spring loaded about the casing. Elastic plate is placed on the holder. Thermal insulating bed is placed on the elastic plate. Heating member and thermal couplings are placed on the bed. Routine and additional thermal batteries are placed additionally. Soldered joints of the thermal batteries are placed through a preset distance on both sides of linear heater, and parallel to it. Distance from the joints of additional batteries to routing batteries is by an order of magnitude longer than that from the heater to routine batteries. Both routine thermal batteries and additional batteries are connected in differential as for the additional batteries. EFFECT: increased accuracy. |
