PURPOSE: To provide a double-sided copying control method in an image forming device provided with a manual double-sided mode for manually setting next page again so as to copy the image of the next page on the back surface of a transfer sheet on which the image of a page immediately before after an original of a book and the like is manually set on a contact glass and copying of a specified page is completed. CONSTITUTION: In a manual double-sided mode for starting a double-sided copying operation by switching a copy start button 'on' after an original D is manually set on a contact glass 61, a storing means is provided for storing a copying operation interval time such as a work time required from taking out of a preceding original after the copying operation of the preceding original page is finished to the end of manual setting of a new original page on the contact glass 61 and a copying operation on a surface during double-sided copying operation thereafter based on the copying operation interval time stored by the storing means and each start timing for the copying operation on the back surface or end timing are controlled. |
