PURPOSE: To support public relations activities when a salesperson visits a customer and sells a commodity to the customer. CONSTITUTION: Host devices 1 and 2 installed at an office are provided with a portable public relations terminal 3 so that it can freely be connected, and the host devices 1 and 2 are provided with a public relations planning function which makes a public relations plan for selling commodities on the basis of commodity information, customer information, and dealings states and a contract executing function which makes contracts of the commodities with customers. The public relations terminal 3 is provided with a public relations plan executing function which performs simulation based upon article explanations of the object commodities and the contract conditions of the customers according to the public relations plan and a written contract issuing function which issues written contracts on the basis of the contract execution results of the host devices 1 and 2 while connected to the host devices 1 and 2 by a line. |
