PURPOSE: To secure safety and to prevent the waste of a measured medium such as city water and gas by informing a meterman of abnormality such as water leakage and gas leakage in a radio metering system for transmitting a transmission request signal received from a master equipment by a radio wave from a slave equipment to a meter and transmitting measured data received from the meter from the slave equipment to the master equipment to detect the measured result. CONSTITUTION: The meter 12 is provided with a detector 13 for detecting abnormality. The slave equipment is provided with an information control means 20 for receiving a detection result from the detector 13 at the time of receiving a transmission request from the master equipment 10 and transmitting the measured data of the member 12 to the master equipment 10. When a transmission request signal is received from the master equipment 1 at the time of remote metering 12, the detection result from the detector 13 is received and transmitted to the master equipment 10 together with the measured data through a radio wave, and at the time of detecting abnormality, it is informed to a meterman. |
