PURPOSE: To obtain a vibration gyroscope having a little drift signal during the non-rotating state. CONSTITUTION: A vibration gyro comprises, for example, a vibrator 12 having a regular triangular pillar shape. A piezoelectric element 14 for driving is formed at a central section of one of side faces of the vibrator 12. Piezoelectric elements 16a, 16b for detection are formed at respective central sections of the other two side faces. A width of the piezoelectric element 14 for driving is greater than those of piezoelectric elements 16a, 16b for detection. It is preferable that the width of the piezoelectric element 14 is roughly the same as that of the side face of the vibrator 12. |
