<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize a required interval with respect to the disposition of this type of coils and facilitate the manufacturing by a method, wherein two coils are overlapped along an axis at right angles to a flange about a main body, and the flange between a primary coil and a secondary coil has a recess and a magnetic shunt is brought into contact with the primary coil and the secondary coil. SOLUTION: Two flanges 41a, 41b are disposed apart from each other, and first high-voltage secondary coils are wound along a plane which is substantially parallel to the flanges. Similarly, flanges 41a, 41c are disposed apart from each other, and second secondary coils 3 are wound. The two coils are overlapped along an axis XX' at right angles to the flanges. The flange 41c between primary coils 1 and secondary coils 3 has a recess, and the coils 1 are at a distance from heater coils 3 by two magnetic shunts of a substantially parallel hexahedral shape disposed in the recess and come into contact with all of the primary coils and secondary coils.</p> |
