COMPOSITE MULTILAYERED ELECTRONIC ELEMENT

PURPOSE: To obtain a leadless chip type composite multilayered electronic element usable for noise filters and surge absorbers. CONSTITUTION: A multilayered body 3 is formed by forming a varistor layer 2 and magnetic layer 1. A pair of inner electrodes 7a and 7b are buried in the layer 2 to form a varistor part 8. One side of the electrode 7a is continuous to an external electrode 10 disposed on one side 3b of the body 3. In the layer 1 two conductor lines 4a and 4b are buried to form two inductor parts 5 and 6. External ends of the lines 4a and 4b are connected to signal line external electrodes 9a and 9b on the end face of the body 3 through connecting electrodes 14a and 14b. One side of the electrode 7b is electrically connected to the inner ends of the lines 4a and 4b through an external connecting conductor 11 disposed on the other side 3c of the body 3.
