<p>PURPOSE: To simplify the structure and to improve the general usefulness. CONSTITUTION: First and second positioning plates 21 and 22 put one over the other and a cam 27 are provided. When the cam 27 is moved in the direction of an arrow X1 , first and second positioning plates 21 and 22 are turned in opening directions, and first positioning pins 23-1 and 23-2 and second positioning pins 24-l and 24-2 are moved in opposite directions. Pins 23-1 and 24-2 catch one corner part 40 of two diagonal corner parts of a substrate 40 between themselves, and pins 23-21 and 24-2 catch the another corner part 40-6 between themselves.</p> |
