FIELD: medicine; testing of biochemical composition of serum or plasma of blood. SUBSTANCE: components to be tested are extracted from serum or plasma of blood by solvent. Then received extract is boiled down at temperature being lower than temperature of decomposition of tested matters. Extract is separated from ballast aqueous-protein phase by centrifuging by collecting ballast at the bottom of centrifuge container. Aqueous-protein phase is collected at walls of containers. Extract is subjected to evaporation inside the same container, as centrifuging. EFFECT: improved precision of tests.
