FIELD: railway. SUBSTANCE: roll surface of worn switch point is tooled. Then it is installed onto a bed for avoiding not intimate contact in supporting and assuring design position. The bed is rigidly fastened to point foot. Metal layer is overlaid onto lower part of point head or metal strip is welded on to the trough of point root. The formed troughs are milled and point root is connected to the rail of straight direction by fishplates with rectangular working surfaces. EFFECT: high efficiency. 3 dwg |
