摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tag provided with two or more bits readable by a relatively low power density (for instance, it is desirable to be about 0.1mW/cm<2> ) and remotely sensable (for instance, by a device present at the outside of the tag) to be hardly invalidated by interference and to provide a tag system. SOLUTION: The tag structure of high frequency (RF) multiple bits is useful for the identification of an interested object. The array 2 of the tin cantilevers of slightly different lengths manufactured by different etching is covered with a soft magnetic material. At the time of being questioned by an RF magnetic field, in the field of appropriate bias or DC, the array 2 is vibrated at the resonance frequency. A vibrating magnetic field generated by vibrating bars or a still DC field are easily detected and processed by a receiver, the code of this tag is decided and information related to the object is supplied.</p>
