PURPOSE: To improve frequency application efficiency by determining a communication slot after synchronizing with a slave equipment or a master equipment already in communicating at the time of starting inter-slave direct communication and eliminating a time not to be used for communication to execute time division multiplex. CONSTITUTION: A TDMA-TDD digital mobile communication is constituted of arranging a digital mobile communication terminal 2 as a slave equipment. When the terminal 2 tries to newly start inter-slave direct communication, a control part 28 in the terminal 2 enters a signal sent by a control slot or a communication slot from a slave equipment or a master equipment already in communicating to a TDMA part 24 through an antenna 21, an RF part 22 and a MODEM part 23 and detects a unique word in the signal by a UW detection part 242. Then the control part 28 controls a synchronizm generating part 241 based upon the detection result, and after synchronizing the part 24 with the slave equipment or the master equipment already in communication, determines the communication slot and starts newly inter-slave direction communication.
