FIELD: medicine; may be used in treatment of male impotency. SUBSTANCE: prosthesis is fixed from both ends, and adaptation to dynamic sizes of penis is accomplished due to the fact that prosthesis from each side is made of two plates. External plate has cavity accommodating the internal plate. Plates are fixed, external plate is fixed proximately while internal one, distally to tunica albuginea. When penis increases in size, one plate moves out of the other. External plate has limiter. Improved fixation, reduced trip of prosthesis considerably decreases injury of enclosing tissues that does not lead to rough sclerotic changes in prosthesis bed. It allows its use as transitional means in psychogenic impotency with its subsequent removal. The offered prosthesis excludes painfulness in interjection and erections with nonerected penis that is of high importance for normal psychoemotional state of the patient. EFFECT: reduced injury of tissues excludes painfulness in functional application with provision of effective adaptation to changes in penis sizes. |
