SUBSTANCE: method involves raising product to be preserved by freezing to the height of top of troposphere or slightly below it by any available means such as balloon, with air flow direction and speed being taken into consideration; holding for rated freezing-through time; lowering onto earth, with raising and lowering radio channel control and flying radar control being provided. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of preserved product. |
