FIELD: medicine, pathological anatomy, oncology. SUBSTANCE: immunoperoxidase reaction is carried out using antibodies against α-macroglobulin and α-glycoprotein associated with gestation. Method involves determination of their detection degree. Tumor is diagnosed as fibroadenoma at high detection degree of macroglobulin and low detection degree of glycoprotein. Mamma gland cancer is diagnosed at low detection degree of macroglobulin and high detection degree of glycoprotein. EFFECT: increased precision, improved method of differential diagnosis. |
