FIELD: medicine, blood analysis. SUBSTANCE: method involves incubation of experimental erythrocyte sample with insulin. Fluorescent indicator is added to experimental and control sample, then both samples were spectrophotometrized and erythrocyte membrane sensitivity is determined by fluorescent indicator constant binding with erythrocyte membrane difference in experimental and control sample. 8-Anilinonaphthalene sulfonate is used as fluorescent indicator. EFFECT: decreased analysis time, increased precision of method. |
