FIELD: sport medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determination of one of three immunological indices in blood during competition period (December-January) - lysosomal activity of monocytes, nitroblue tetrazolium-reducing activity of monocytes and that of neutrophyles or any combination of these indices. Development of infectious disease (angina, acute respiratory viral infection) is prognosed at value less 93 U, monocyte reducing activity above 73% and neutrophyl reducing activity above 72%. Method provides precision of prognosis from 71% to 95% depending on determined indices. EFFECT: increased precision of prognosis. |
