METHOD OF DENTAL DIAGNOSING AND PULSE X- RAY UNIT

FIELD: medicine; dentistry. SUBSTANCE: method is based on irradiating object by nanosecond X-ray beams to provide registration of clear image of tested object at position-sensitive detector due to single-time irradiation during 20-50 seconds at exposure power of 1- 5x10r/s. For the purpose, pulse X-ray unit should be improved. The unit has high-voltage unit, reservoir capacitor and pulse X-ray tube. Restrictor, semiconductor release are brought into the device additionally. The release is made of high-voltage diodes with specific parameters. As a result, single-time irradiation and clear image are provided. EFFECT: improved reliability of X- ray unit; reduced dosage load; simplified examination procedure.
