FIELD: molecular biology, virology. SUBSTANCE: strain of hybrid cultured cells HBSV-4 is obtained by fusion of myeloma P3-NS1-Ag4-1 cells with murine splenocytes (strain BALB/c) immunized with HBAg using polyethylene glycol (molecular mass = 4000). Hybridoma HBSV-4 produces monoclonal antibodies IgG1 that interact specifically with a-determinant HBAg. Strain of hybrid cells grows as stationary suspension and induces ascite tumor in mice BALB/c. Titer values of monoclonal antibodies produced by hybridoma are 1×10and 1×10-1×10in cultural and ascite fluid, respectively. Strain is deposited in All-Union Collection of cell cultures at number "ВСКК(П) 628 Д". EFFECT: preparing strain indicated above.
