PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, which can store both of a use quantity and corrected data and can change them, for a replaceable part, stored in a printing/ copying device and the like. SOLUTION: A replaceable part, which is provided with an integrated memory 40 for storing both of a use quantity and correction data, is provided. The replaceable part is also provided with the second connector 30 connected to the first connector connected to a processor 28. In this way, for these replaceable parts, both of the use quantity and the correction data can be read and written by means of the processor 28. As the integrated memory 40 is constructed of a serial access memory connected to the second connector 30 by means of a single wire 42, a conventional physical interface with the first connector does not need to be changed. |
