PURPOSE: To allow a housewife to only check the account book and consider only the economy of home without paying attention to the trouble of journalizing and miscalculation by attaching a reader to a word processor dedicated to the housekeeping account book and sorting read data in order by the machine. CONSTITUTION: Data entry into the housekeeping account book is done on the word processor (computer) dedicated to the housekeeping account book. Namely, a function for enabling direct input from receipts is provided, and a function for enabling direct input from bankbooks is also provided, and the forms of other receipts are standardized to enable the direct input, and input formats are standardized. Thus, the input is smoothly performed and then the word processor (computer) performs the sorting, account book generation, and calculation together at a time. In this case, the receipts are read by the reader of the word processor and the inputted data are confirmed and checked on the screen. And, the generated account book is stored on a floppy disk and the generated account book and slips are outputted on a printer. |
