<p>PURPOSE: To provide a cylindrical self-holding solenoid which is constant in pressure and small in pressure error when it is kept in an attraction stroke state, wherein the self-holding solenoid is primarily used for a pinch valve. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical self-holding solenoid is equipped with a plunger 8 and a shaft 9 which are not fixed in one piece but kept in a slidable state, and a spring 20 is interposed between the plunger 8 and the shaft 9, whereby the pressure of the spring 20 is made to serve as the pressure of a tube independent of the holding force of the solenoid when the stroke of the solenoid is zero at attraction.</p> |
