<p>PURPOSE: To prevent conductor paste from blotting on insulator paste so as to lessen not only a conductor in width but also conductors is space between them by a method wherein the insulator paste or a sheet and the conductor paste are set different from each other in resin composition so as to be incompatible with each other. CONSTITUTION: A coil conductor 5 is built in a first non-magnetic body 2, and most of magnetic fluxes generated from the spiral coil conductor 5 is made to pass through a magnetic body 3. By these processes, the coil conductors 5 fo laminates a and b are electromagnetically coupled well together. At this point, a second non-magnetic body 4 provided as an insulator where the coil conductors 5 are laminated is printed with paste of resin composition in compatible with the pastes of the coil conductor 5 or the first non-magnetic body 2 or a sheet when the coil conductor 5 is printed. By this setup, a coil conductor printed with conductor paste is prevented from bleeding on insulator paste, so that the width of a conductor and a space between conductors can be lessened, and a laminar applied component is capable of being lessened in size.</p> |
