<p>PURPOSE: To make it possible to fix the end of an outer easing to an attaching member by pushing a locking ball between the slant face of the ball coupling part of a locking base and a pipe, and fixing a casing cap to the pipe, which is fixed to the attaching member, together with the end of the outer casing by the action of a wedge. CONSTITUTION: A ball holder 9 is pushed into a guide hole 6 against the elastic expanding force of a coil spring 11. Furthermore, a locking ball 17 is contained into a ball coupling part and inserted into device hole 8. Then, a coupling hole 5 and a pipe 20 are coupled. Thereafter, a casing cap 4 is moved, and the pushing of the ball holder 9 is released at an intended position. At this time, the locking ball 17 is pushed between a slant face 16 of a locking base 12 and the pipe 20. The casing cap 4 is fixed to the pipe 20 by the action of a wedge. When the adjustment of the position becomes necessary, the ball holder 9 is pushed and moved, and the pushing is released at the arbitrary position. Thus, the locking can be achieved again.</p> |
