PURPOSE: To prevent the damage to a compressor at the time of restarting the operation of an air conditioner due to liquid compression by the storage of liquid refrigerant in the compressor during stopping of the conditioner for a long period. CONSTITUTION: A heat accumulator 20 is provided on the way of a cooling water circuit 11 between an engine 1 and a radiator 9. A heating medium circulating circuit for connecting the heat exchange coil 21 provided in the accumulator 20 to the heat exchanging coil 22 provided on the outer periphery of a compressor 2 via a tube 26 is formed, and a pump 23 is provided in the circuit. When the temperature of the compressor 2 detected by a sensor 25 is lowered, the pump 23 is operated by a command from a controller 24 to circulate the medium to feed the heat stored in the accumulator 20 to the compressor 2 to heat it.
