FIELD: production of catalyst used in process of izobutylene polymerization in synthetic rubber industry and produced polymer is used in production of additions, lubricants, seals, glues and other pieces. SUBSTANCE: catalyst composition is added with titanium tetrachloride, aluminum triizobutyl and carbon tetrachloride with their molar ratio to each other in limits from 1 : 0.05 : 0.05 to 1 : 2 : 5 with dosage of titanium tetrachloride from 0.05 to 0.5 of mole per 100 kg of izobutylene. Catalyst maintains its activity under temperatures of process from minus 78 to plus 50 C in hydrocarbon (for example, toluene, n-hexane etc) or halogen-containing hydrocarbon (for example, methylene chloride) solvents. EFFECT: production of highly active homogeneous catalyst, that is based on industry produced products and provides capability to create new technological processes of different marks polyizobutylenes synthesis. |
