FIELD: radio engineering; optical laser communications. SUBSTANCE: pulses are shaped across resistive-capacitive load. Shaper input is connected to gate of transistor 4 and through capacitor 5 and resistor 6 connected in series with the former, to common point of connection of base of transistor 1 and first lead of resistor 11. Second lead of resistor 11 is connected to common point of connection of diode 7 directly connected to power supply bus, emitter of transistor 1, and first lead of capacitor B whose second lead is connected to common point of connection of source of transistor 3, drain of transistor 4, and first lead of load formed by parallel-connected resistor 9 and capacitor 10. Common point of connection of second lead of load, source of transistor 4, first lead of inductance coil 2, and first lead of resistor 12 is connected to common power bus. Drain lead of transistor is connected to second box of power supply and its gate is connected to common point of connection of second lead of inductance coil 2, second lead of resistor 12, and collector of transistor 1.
