FIELD: fat-and-oil industry; medicine, particularly, for production of medical preparations based on pumpkin-seed oil. SUBSTANCE: method involves peeling of pumpkin seeds, sorting and drying them for 15-20 min at temperature of 50-60 C and up to 6-8% of humidity; then, seeds are fed to store-batcher, where kept up to 50-60 C, and pressed for receiving after-pressing oil with temperature not higher 70 C. After it, oil is filtered at temperature of filtered oil and not lower 40 C. EFFECT: higher efficiency. |
