Both ends of holddowns have thread, get into holes of L-shaped brackets and are secured by nuts with spring rings. Each bracket has arc slot which makes it possible to fit bracket on wheel disk flange. Bracket is secured relative to lightening holes of disk by bolt connection. The latter has bolts with shaped heads catching the edges of lightening holes. EFFECT: improved design.
