The steering control is for a two wheeled vehicle such as a scooter provided with a foot rest (1) and a steering column (2). It consists of a handlebar constituted by a lower curved tube (7), an upper curved tube (11) and two tubular struts (14,15). The handlebar is connected to the steering column by a plate (3) and support plate fastened by bolts. The lower tube has three bearings which can be used to fix the handle bar in three positions. The traditional central position, a left position allowing the driver to stand on the foot rest with his body orientated to the left by about forty degrees to the vehicle axis, and a right position symmetrical to the left position.
