PURPOSE: To maintain the meshing accuracy of the gears of the internal gear part of a flange formed with an internal gear supporting part at one end edge in the width direction of the internal gear by preventing the deflection of the internal gear part to the utmost. CONSTITUTION: The internal gear supporting part 32 is formed at one end edge in the width direction of the internal gear part 31. A reinforcing member 50 for preventing the deflection in the axial direction at the free end of the internal gear part 31 projects to a cylindrical shape on the side opposite to the direction where the internal gear part 31 is formed near the outer periphery of the internal gear supporting part 32. The projecting front end of the member is formed thinner than the average thickness of the internal gear part 31.
