PURPOSE: To provide a motor fitted with an encoder wherein the encoder can be coupled to a part of the motor with high accuracy and stably, while downsizing the whole device, by a coupling mechanism properly set. CONSTITUTION: A motor M provided with an engaging part around its rotary shaft SH and an encoder H provided with a mount 2 to be attached to the engaging part 1 are united by attaching the mount 2 to the engaging part 1 and fastening the mounting region from external side face with a pressing member M2. |
