FIELD: medical equipment; traumatology. SUBSTANCE: device has support ring with holes, and needles and needle holder, mounted onto the ring. Ring is made of composite material. Components of the material have order atomic number z≅8. Modulus of elongation E of the material is equal or lower than 49000 MPa, and torsional strength τ is equal or higher than 49 MPa. Ring may be made detachable of two half-rings connected together by detachable joint. Support ring may be made by reinforcement by a bundle, core of which is made of coal thread, and braiding is made of organic aramide threads.
